Our “Why” • Where will it happen? • Practices at Spooner High School, Spooner, WI and Barron Area Community Center • When will it occur? • “Season” begins after Thanksgiving for practices, tournaments are generally from January through March 2019 ( National teams extend into End of April for 18 s and beginning of July for 16 s)

Fee Structure • For all Regional Teams: All players are required to fund raise $200. 00 • Cost of $625. 00 Per Player-Minimum deposit of 375. 00 due on November 25 th • Balance of $250. 00 is due on January 5 th, before our first Tournaments • All Regional & National Teams will have 9 players • For National teams: All players are required to fund raise $200. 00 • Cost is $725. 00 • Initial deposit is for $465. 00 each player • Deposit and balance due dates are same as above

If you plan on not attending practice on Wednesday, please submit your order at practice on December 2 nd ) • Delivery: Sunday, December 15 th at practice. Important Fund Raising Dates Snap Raise • Start: Sunday, December 2 nd • End Date: Sunday, December 30 th • Funds Available: 2 -3 weeks after campaign end • Details: Each player must send out 20 quality emails. Players must bring a email list on December 2 nd. If a player has a cell phone, please bring it to initiate the process. The club will provide laptops for use if player does not have cell phone. • All snap funds go to player, minus 23% to snap if 70% participation is met • Emails and information is not sold or distributed

Practices • Practices begin November 25 th, 2018 • Practice schedules refined one week prior • Held at Spooner High School all Regional Teams, Spooner, WI • 18 s &16 s multi state/national teams practice at BACC • 2. 5 Hours Each( 18 s& 16 s Multi State-3 hour practices) • Sundays 1 -3: 30 PM ( 17/18 -2 & 15/16 -2 & 14 -2 ) • Sundays 3: 30 -6 PM (14 -1 & 13 U) • 18 -1 &16 -1 Multi State / National 6: 00 -8: 30 PM at BACC we may have scrimmages that require to extend practice until 9 pm. We will notify parents/players in advance • Position Practices-Spooner Middle School • Additional Facility option for National Groups • Wednesday 6 -8 PM (All Ages) • Discussion Item, optional for players
Tournaments • First date on January 6 th, 2019 for 16 s and 18 s groups. 13’s and 14 s groups First date is January 13 th. • Typically start at 8: 00 am • Pool Play (Round Robin) in morning • Playoffs in the afternoon-evening (Single Elimination) • Hope to finish around 5: 00 PM • Multi-Day Tournaments have additional pools/sessions and longer playoff structure

Paying Member Fees • November 25, 2018 (Mandatory meeting) • Initial deposit( depending on team) payable by cash, check, or money order (to NWVBC) • Remainder of Dues, no later than January 5 th, 2018 • Send dues to: • 812 13 th Street, Chetek, WI 54728 • Email nwwivbclub@gmail. com if you need to set up individual payment options. This will be decided case by case scenario. • This is kept confidential between the Parent and Club Director • We do not want to turn away any member of our club due to lack of funds, we will try and figure it out together.
