Mission Statement The Mission of The NORTHSTAR Foundation is to: REACH OUT to VULNERABLE FAMILIES in our communities, CONNECT them with resources for CHANGE, ASSIST in their journey of HOPE and HEALING.

Purpose Statement The purpose for The Northstar Foundation’s existence is the hurting people (vulnerable families) we see in our community who have been affected by the breakdown of the family unit. Marriages are suffering and disintegrating, leaving behind broken relationships that translate into wounded adults and children who are hurting emotionally, physically and spiritually. We see the struggles of single parents trying to balance finances, housing, daycare, etc. and children left to raise themselves and, perhaps, their siblings also. We want to help the children who have academic and social problems caused by the emotional and physical overload of a compromised family structure. We want to assist these children and adults break the cycle of endless frustration and helplessness. We want to give HOPE that their situation can change and that a better life is possible. We want to see healing take place in their lives as they understand they are valuable and loved.

V. DISSOLUTION OF PROPERTY Southern Baptists started Morning Star Baptist Church and were the major contributors financially and physically in constructing its building. Therefore, if and/or when this church ceases to function or be affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention all real and personal property belonging to the church will be transferred to the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention.

V. DISSOLUTION OF PROPERTY Southern Baptists started Morning Star Baptist Church and were the major contributors financially and physically in constructing its building. Therefore, if and/or when this church Morning Star Baptist Church ceases to function or be affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention all real and personal property belonging to the church will be transferred to the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention.
