Normal View • Definition: Normal View in Microsoft Power. Point and Open Office Impress is the main working window in the presentation. The slide is shown full size on the screen. This view is more commonly known as Slide View.
Slide Sorter View • Slide Sorter View shows miniature versions of all the slides in horizontal rows. These miniature versions of the slides are called thumbnails. • Slides can be easily deleted or rearranged quickly in this view. Effects such as transitions and sounds can be added to several slides at the same time in Slide Sorter view.
Slide Show • Slide Show view is the view used for presenting to an audience. The whole screen is taken over by your Power. Point 2007 presentation. • Slide Show view can be accessed from the View tab of the ribbon or by pressing the F 5 key on the keyboard. • To exit Slide Show view at any time, press the Esc key on the keyboard.
custom slide show • A custom slide show allows you to specify which slides from the presentation you will use and the order in which they will appear if you plan to present a slide show to more than one audience.
Notes Pages • Notes Pages show a smaller version of the slide with an area below for printed notes. Each slide is created on its own notes page. The speaker can print these pages out to use as a reference while making his presentation. The notes do not show on the screen during the presentation.
slide master • The slide master is one of several master slides that are used in Power. Point to make global changes to all your slides at one time. • Using the slide master allows you to 01) change font colors and styles for every slide 02) add a clipart or picture to every slide 03) add a footer or date to every slide
Handout Master • The Handout Master shows the arrangement of handouts for slides printed two, three, four, six, or nine per page, plus the arrangement for printing outlines.
Notes Master • The Notes Master contains two main placeholders: one for your notes text and the other for the slide. You can move or change the size of either of these objects, and you can change the format of the text in the notes placeholder.
