Overview NMS is a cloud based platform that delivers a common set of Services to products in the Nuance Healthcare domain – NMS Healthcare products get access to: – – One unified management solution for all: – – A common set of features: authentication, licensing, etc. A common configuration hierarchy: organizations, sites, groups and users which allows for a single, unified setup for a customer’s organization across these products Customers: can manage their Nuance products Development partners: can manage their customers that utilize services from the Nuance Healthcare suite Nuance personnel: can manage, configure, troubleshoot and report on their customer’s products NMS can also supports on premise installations – Important for some Network Edition customers, and SAS in EMEA © 2002 -2013 Nuance Communications, Inc.
