Delegates • In order to be eligible for election to membership in the House of Delegates a physician must have been an Active Member of the National Medical Association for at least one (1) year, except for Student and Post Graduate Delegates

Meetings • The House of Delegates may meet seventy-two (72) hours before the Formal Opening of the Annual Convention • The HOD may hold a Interim meeting of the BOT when the Speaker elects to recess the house • Open (by the public) • Closed (by active members) • Executive (by members of HOD)

Quorum must be Present A quorum is the number of voting members who must be present in order that business can be legally transacted
