Cell Membrane Bubble Lab Collect your supplies. Follow the directions (method 1) and answer the questions that go along with this. I will be setting up the second lab while you are working on this. I will stop you periodically to show you things with the second lab. When you finish this I need to check you off.

Diffusion and Osmosis lab/demo (pg. 36) (Follow along on your sheet. ) In this lab, you will observe the diffusion of a substance across a semipermeable membrane. Iodine is a known indicator for starch. An indicator is a substance that chances color in the presence of the substance it indicates. Watch as I demonstrate how iodine chances in the presence of a starch. While I am setting up the demo, answer the ‘Questions’ section. Continue answering the questions while the reaction is happening.
