Things that are important to Nick in the future • To live in Hesketh Bank and be part of the local community • Not to be bored • Trying new things – jet skiing and quad biking • Continuity of the PA Team • Finances – making sure there is money for PA’s, home, etc • Keeping an individual life • Having and identified person to oversee the finances • Getting a new house • Having a suitable bed time • Having his own copy of his PCP • For the circle to be ongoing and move forward • To keep his person centred plan alive

Next meeting Tuesday 18 th May at 7. 30 pm 18 th May Helen Type up and circulate notes after meeting and to recirculate 1 week before the next meeting June
