Long journey box - outer Has a full outer bag with an inner box The long journey box is NOT used for transporting frozen components The bag zips up around the inner box The inner lid can be removed when the bag is fully unzipped The label wallet is situated on the front
Long journey box - inner Once fully unzipped the lid can be opened The inner is lined with a surface which provides extra temperature control Vacuum insulation panels are hidden inside the walls
Short journey boxes - outer The label wallet is situated on top of the box on the fabric belt The short journey box transports all components including frozen There is a fabric surround on the front, back, top and bottom of the inner box The fabric surround is closed and held in place by the metal fastener, it does NOT have a zip
Short journey boxes - inner When the fastener is opened, the fabric surround can be pulled back and the lid removed The inner is black and made from expanded polypropylene There is no smooth inner lining There are no vacuum insulation panels inside the walls
Small and medium short journey boxes These look almost identical but if placed side by side you can see the difference Medium external height = 335 mm Small external height = 255 mm The depth between the fastener and the bottom of the container is much deeper for the medium box
