Outcomes of NGAP Global Summit 2017 • Need for a global strategy for NGAP outreach and implementation that would help interested stakeholders to develop their own national and regional strategies; • Importance of collecting and sharing best practices that would provide guidance to States and industry for planning and implementing NGAP initiatives; and • Need for bridging the gap between industry, training and educational institutions in terms of research and collaboration. ICAO should explore the possibilities and modalities of providing a platform to set up a network of aviation universities.
