What we are going to cover this evening: • How we will contact you for pick-up after the ski trip or any other communications that may occur • A. M. equipment drop off location and times • P. M. Pick up protocol • Bear Creek Codes for lift/rental/lessons purchase • Protocol for injuries • What to bring and what not to bring • Expectations of behavior
We are going to use ‘REMIND’ text service to alert you when the buses are 20 to 30 minutes from NMS LET’S TAKE CARE OF THIS, TAKE OUT YOUR PHONE PLEASE!
• Heads up day before a trip • Weather/ cancellations • P. M. returns • Minimal texts
Equipment drop off will occur between 7: 20 to 7: 35 a. m. • Carpool, Carpool……. • First Student Does not allow ski/board equipment on buses • If student is using their own equipment a. m. drop off is mandatory • If student is renting, regular bus for the a. m. • 20 -25 minute ‘Remind’ text before pick-up

No one gets hurt skiing……. . We have all your contact information and will need to handle it on a per case basis.
What students should bring: • HELMET! • Clothes for the conditions, keep an eye on the weather the night before • Cash for food and drink • Clear googles • Their equipment and everything they need to make their equipment function properly. • ‘Ride home Clothes’ for comfort
OUR EXPECTATIONS: • Everyone has a good time • No one gets hurt • School Trip --- School Rules Apply • Helmets all the time –NO EXCEPTIONS • Stick with your friends, no solo runs • Bus will leave on time to and from the mountain, Don’t be the person that holds up HUNDREDS people! • Take care of your own equipment/gear
