Aims of the Evening • To demonstrate our commitment to our pupils in achieving their potential • To show the part parents/carers and pupils need to play in this • To discuss important elements of Year 11 • To be informed about Post 16 choices
Year 11 Leadership Programme • Every year 11 pupil has a leadership role • Job descriptions – qualities/requirements – successful • Applied for 2 posts at the end of Year 10 • Prefect, LSA Assistant, Charity Committee etc • Recognised by their badge • Begin to take on responsibilities – role models for younger pupils • Personal Statement
