Features of the new website � Quicker navigation �Sub tabs can be accessed from any page � Data storage �Ability to post documents for long term storage � BOD minutes, Meeting presentations, Annual reports etc……. �Documents have space on home page under “Recent Shared Files”

Straw-man plan – Seeking approval 1. Introduce the board to the new website 2. Get the board trained on the new website 3. Make sure all of the required functionality is working 4. Gain thumbs up from key users to go live (Carlos, Steve, Paul, Matt, Alvis, Josh) 5. Advertise it through E-mail blasts and our newsletter for our go-live date � keep the old website with a link to the new site 6. Decommission the old website.
