Marketing Lean Systems Integration The process will begin with market research. Mostly consisting with what we already have. Take a full inventory of current products. Check product orders that are already in progress. Check usage of all products. (weekly. Monthly, and yearly. )
The System The system we will bring in for purposes of inventory management and waste, will be able to let us know a few things. We will be able to se just how much we need for each quarter of the year. We will see just how much waste is accounted for each particular product. We will be able to save money by planning ahead, and forecasting what may be to come. We will be able to see the differences between good waste and bad waste.
The Guests The new system will help with guest accommodations as well. Product will be in stock and readily available for all guests. Guests will have access to the finest products we have to offer. Because we can budget for the future, we can then reduce prices in particular areas, therefore, the customer spends less. Overall experiences will be more positive once the system is implemented.
Final Recommendation • Expansion of current facilities to include children’s center • Ensure the new requirements can be met by supply chain as well as current vendors • Marketing to finalize the roll out of the new children’s center • Contact current customer base to inform them of expansion • Offer discounted rate or one free night for those current/potential customers
Q & A / Reflections
