Sally Breckenridge --Has lived in Seattle, Rochester NY, Connecticut, and San Jose. She retired to Grand Junction, Colorado. --She writes and sells weaving software, i. Weave. It for tablets and i. Weave. It Pro for Mac and Windows --She began weaving in 1985 after years of knitting. She put the knitting needles down for 20 years, but eventually also got back to that. --She has also done a lot of dyeing, shibori, tapestry and Navajo weaving --When Zoom meetings started happening, she looked around for a guild with advanced weavers (more than 8 shafts, computerized looms), and that is how she picked us. Dual Citizenship!

Trudie Folsom --Lives in Cloverdale, CA. --She has always enjoyed art and oil painting --Got interested in fiber arts when a friend taught her to knit after a surgery. She saw possibilities for combining color and texture. --She tried a rigid heddle pattern for a scarf, and that hooked her into weaving -- Kept upgrading her looms, from rigid heddle to Baby Wolf and Glimakra Standard --Sold Baby Wolf to Irene Rush and the Glimakra to Denise Shryver, which is how she learned about CCW. --Central Coast guild member Linda Chaffin moved her way, and they both serve on programs for the Redwood Fiber Guild Dual Citizenship! Her equipment now: Oxaback Ulla Cyrus floor looms --12 shaft (80 cm = 31. 5”) --16 shaft with double warp beam (115 cm = 45”) -- Lendrum spinning wheel (“…but I don’t have a passion for spinning. ”)
