We. 19 Jan. 2011 : Installation of “cablofils” (30 m) + pulling of 2 cable multitubes P 8 (2 cables) Th. 20 Jan. 2011 : Installation of 4 cable multi-tubes P 9 (1 cable) & P 4 (1 cable), then P 7 (2 cables). Fr. 21 Jan, 2011 : installation of 4 cable multi-tubes P 7 (+1 cable), P 3 (1 cable) then P 1 (1 cable)) & P 5 (1 cable). SUMMARY Pulling of 10 cables/12 cables - 2 x 420 m = 840 m used - rest 370 + 30 m for P 2 (1 cable) & P 6 (1 cable). We have cable multi-tubes enough for UX 85 B area. Human Resources : 4 people (Laurent, Daniel + 2 FSUs) REMARKS The routing P 7 has been changed by a longer route but with better accessibility & safely (no “acrobatic” installation as previously planned), risks . Tu. 25 Jan. 2011 : Fixations of the cable multi-tubes. We. 26 Jan. 2011 : Pulling of the cables on UX 85 A side (5 cables) + fixations Th. 27 Jan. 2011 : Preparation of ends of cables for connecting. Fr. 28 Jan, 2011 : Connections of pneumatic valves (cooling). Mo, 31 Jan. 2011 : End connections of valves UX 85 B side + cables muon towers Tu. 01 Feb. 2011 : Preparation of ends of cables (gas systems) Wed. 02 Feb. 2011 : Cleaning areas – END on pm SUMMARY Pulling of 12 cables/12 cables (UX 85 B) + 5/5 cables (UX 85 A) – 1150 m length used; rest roughly 50 m). One pneumatic valve (C 3 – C side) has shown air leaks coming from the valve not from the connector – to be replaced a. s. a. p. (Gilles EN/CV). LAST TASKS New connectors for pneumatic valves inside the gas racks expected for Mo. 14 Feb.
