System Anomalies Some Continued Data Losses due to Ionospheric Scintillation (solar flares) but appear to have decreased (not disappeared yet) No apparent major data losses or failures within the last year Due to redundancy from WCDA, NSOF, EDDN, Others Some losses at individual sites Some close calls Domain Controller Redesign by Network personnel took NSOF offline for a few days Water main break at NSOF threatened required shutdown but avoided Network Outage at Wallops last week 25 minute Outage to LRIT Interference with Backup Pilot at Channel 0 Lots of potential Interference with Spectrum Auctions Some in NOAA propose moving backup pilot I prefer to wait for results of monitoring activity for Interference 2/28/2021 NOAA GOES DCS 6
