When the Neolithic Age started, and the Hominids discovered farming, they had the time to make life better and not just survive. So, with a food supply taken care of, Hominids started community's, built permanent shelters, started jobs, and eventually went and traded with other towns all around the world. In this comic, I will focus on jobs and shelter. Jobs were trading, farming, weavers, basket makers, and toolmakers. For shelters, hominids would use mud and sticks to pack walls together and build a town or village. Both of these things were important to help the hominids survive. Let's check on my friends Neolithic Nell and Neolithic Nick!

Neolithic Nell and Nick's village have many jobs open for application. Nell has a hard time choosing, so Nick decides to help her. Hi Nick! Did you see the notice for the new jobs? This is the first job, basket weaving. People weave baskets to hold goods, food, water, and so much more! Also, people could add patterns to these baskets. Basket weavers helped supply the village with baskets to hold other items, food and water. This job is important because we use these basket to hold food and water.
