Neighborhood Communications Dealing with a crisis Bob Hamlin (Director of the Jefferson County Department of Emergency Management) has said: "The ability to deal with a crisis is largely dependent on the structures and relationships that have been developed before the emergency. "

Neighborhood Communications Dealing with a crisis Communication is a critical component in those structures and relationships. Nextdoor’s City Agency Partnership program would give agencies - like the Sheriff and the Department of Emergency Management - the ability to communicate with one, several or all Nextdoor neighborhoods in Jefferson County.
