Research shows that psychological and physiological disorders come from poor dieting and lack of food. Linking the two articles the direct causes with anxiety and depression which are similar to the ones that disrupt the HPA axis Both articles show then when hungry, and don’t eat, we allow cortisol in our brain longer than needed Chronic stress Causes neural deterioration Overall we believe that the scientific articles are in favor and support our popular article
