13 UA Program Overview: Six Developmental Sites serve as an important learning community Ø All technology and adoption activities will be tested with the Developmental Sites first. Ø Developmental Sites will interact regularly with each other and the NEA 360 Operations Team to capture measurable business results and share lessons learned and best practices. Ø Feedback provided by Developmental Sites will be used to refine the approach before implementation to the other Affiliates; thereby, reducing risk, eliminating missteps and lowering overall NEA 360 costs.
