Still Open Access Ignoranz Some NDT Societies do not like to cooperate with the Open Access NDT Database furthermore do not provide OA on their own web site. The following worce case happened recently: Authors had to pay a fee for getting their conference papers published in a printed journal, even had to transfer exclusive copyright, and the publisher did not made the „proceedings“ OA available!
