NI SCXI Signal Conditioning Hardware NI SCXI-1001 12 Slot Chassis • Expandable to 96 channels (8 ch / mod x 12 slot) • 1 k. Hz Max scan rate for 96 acquired channels with 100 k. Hz DAQ card NI SCXI-1520 Universal Strain Gauge modules (8 ch/ea) • NIST-traceable calibration certificate • Programmable gain, excitation, and filters per channel • Automatic null compensation in hardware • Quarter, half, and full-bridge completion • Two independent stunt-calibration circuits per channel The NI SCXI-1520 is an 8 -channel universal strain gauge input module that offers all of the features you need for simple or advanced strain measurements. With this single module, you can read signals from strain gauges, force sensors, torque sensors, and load cells. Each SCXI-1520 is shipped with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, and includes an onboard reference for automatic calibration. 10/26/2020 NI SCXI-1112 Thermocouple Module (8 ch) • Programmatic input and overvoltage protection • Multiplex all channels into a single channel of a DAQ device • Onboard calibration reference • Hardware scanning for cold-junction sensors • Add modules to increase channel count NI SCXI-1102 and SCXI-1112 are designed for high-accuracy thermocouple measurements. They share a common architecture where each input channel includes an instrumentation amplifier and a 2 Hz low-pass filter. With this architecture, you can scan the SCXI-1102 or SCXI-1112 analog input channels along with the input channels of other modules at rates up to 333 k. S/s (3 us per channel). You can also scan the cold-junction compensation sensor along with other input channels. The SCXI-1102 can also acquire millivolt, and 0 to 20 m. A, and 4 to 20 m. A current input signals. R.
