NC Prep Swimming • All 4 A schools will be required to submit their meet results to ncprepswimming. com and use the entry form on that site to complete their Regional entries. • All coaches must register an account by following the "register" link in the upper right-hand portion of the ncprepswimming. com home page. • After verification of their coaching position, each coach will have access to manage rosters and regional entries. NC Prep Swimming • Meet results should be emailed to ncprepswimming@gmail. com as a Hy. Tek Meet Export (*. hy 3) file and will be posted to the site in a timely fashion. • How-to videos for roster and entry management as well as time/results disputes will be posted on the site prior to the date of first contest. • Directors of meets not scored electronically are invited to use the free online tools on the site to complete their meet results and scoring. • How to videos for that process will also be posted online.
