What does it look like? 103 Users in Progress Currently 24 New Workers across multiple programs 79 Existing Workers across designated Phase-in programs Completion Rate 20 Workers certified in NC FAST Core Functions 12 Workers completed Level 1 Training Requirements 100% On Time Average of 21 Days to complete both requirements 3

What is Next? • Content Reviews worked into ongoing processes at State Levels • Training Review Triggers • Steering Committee SOP for Review • Stop-Gap put in place for 2 failed attempts at NC FAST Core Functions • Locks worker out of third attempt for 3 days • Remediation Course required before opening 3 rd attempt • Recertification happens every 3 years • Already planning what this looks like • Will include updates and a reassess of NC Fast Core Skills 7
