2019 Leadership Training To CHANGE a member’s current office title: • Click on Reassign • Select the New Office title • Click Update

Navigating the Mended Hearts Officer’s Portal 2019 Leadership Training The new Role will show next to the person’s name, and the Mended Hearts database will be updated automatically.

2019 Leadership Training Search for the name you want to add by typing the name in the Search bar. Click on Search to find a list of names, then click Add next to the name you choose.

2019 Leadership Training Select the office to be filled, and click Save.

CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR: Check the box for Chapter Administrator if you want an officer to be able to make changes on member information. Those who do not have this box checked will be able to view, but not change, information.

Navigating the Mended Hearts Officer’s Portal 2019 Leadership Training RECORDING VISITOR ACCREDITATION OR RE-ACCREDITATION DATES From the list on the left, click on Member Records, until you see this screen.

Navigating the Mended Hearts Officer’s Portal 2019 Leadership Training Select the chapter. The list of chapter members will appear. Click on the name of the member that you want to work on. You will see a screen that looks like this. It has the name, address, phone, and other information about the member.

Navigating the Mended Hearts Officer’s Portal 2019 Leadership Training Scroll down to about midway in the member record. There you will see a place to note the new visitor accreditation date. If there is NO DATE in the Initial Visitor Training Date, enter the date there. If there is a date in Initial Training, enter the new date for the Last Accreditation Date. (For brand new visitors, enter the same date again. )

Navigating the Mended Hearts Officer’s Portal 2019 Leadership Training Be sure to go to the bottom of the record and click SAVE CHANGES before you go to another record. Doing this will place the visitor training date directly into our database.
