Important Dates Course selection for the 2018 -19 school year opens on January 22, 2018 and closes on February 23, 2018 Students will now be building their four-year high school plan in Skyward Once complete, the courses in their plans will then serve as course requests for the upcoming school year
Counselors will be setting up labs at your child’s school so they can work directly with your child in completing the new course selection process. What is a Credit? • A full year course will earn you 1 credit (1 credit awarded at the end of the year) Ex. English 1, Geometry • A semester course will earn you a ½ credit (½ credit awarded at the end of the semester) Ex. Health, Professional Communications (Speech)
