Complete Naviance Tasks for 202021 Class of 2022 • Quarter 1: Complete Career Interest Profiler & Add Careers to Favorites • Students will learn their Holland Interest Codes and identify possible career options. Complete • Quarter 2: Complete the Super Match College Search • Students will continue researching colleges and the different admissions requirements. Add Explore • Quarter 3: Add to Colleges I’m Thinking About List • Student will begin to narrow down the list as they continue learning about which will be their top school choices. • Quarter 4: Explore Scholarships • Students will begin exploring scholarship options through the National Scholarship Search & Scholarship Match. 6

What is Naviance e. Docs? Naviance e. Docs is an electronic college application tool, allowing schools to prepare and send college application documentation electronically to more than 2, 000 destinations including all Common Application destinations. Introduction

College Application Process Using e. Docs Student School Register with Common App after Aug. 1 st Manage student requests for teacher recommendations and transcripts Enter high school information, add at least one college, and sign the FERPA Release Authorization on the Common App Prepare school-level documents (i. e. School Profile, School Information form) Introduction Complete the Common App Account Matching process in Naviance Student Follow-up Counselor: Prepare and send optional/midyear materials (if applicable) Student: View status of requested materials Update results and indicate attending college Prepare student-specific documents (school Counselor: reports, transcripts, teacher recommendations, etc. ) Prepare and send final documents to students' attending college Add colleges to the Colleges I'm Applying To list in Naviance Student Send documents Request materials for college applications in Naviance Student (teacher recommendations/transcripts) Track submitted documents
