Natural Gas ● Its non-renewable because it takes millions of years to form in the deep earth before it can be use again. ● The Source of Natural Gas is tiny sea plants and animals died and were buried on the ocean floor (over time, they were covered by layers of silt and sand). ● Natural gas can found under layers of sand silt rock that contain oil and gas deposits. ● Largest third source of energy.

How Natural Gas is use and used? ● Before natural gas can be use it must be processed to remove impurities and water to find the requirement of marketable natural gas. ● Natural gas is used in our homes to fuel stoves, water heaters, clothes dryers, and other household appliances. ● It can be used in our school in the cafeteria. ● It can be used in transportation but less the 1% is used. Some MBTA runs on just Natural Gas.

Pros and Cons of Natural Gas Pros: ● Its odorless ● Its inexpensive ● Its use for electricity Cons: ● Leak of natural gas can cause explosion ● It smell like farts when it leak ● Produce carbon dioxide when burned

Natural Gas in our Community ● Natural gas available in our community. Restaurant, Hospitals, Schools, Churches, stores, and other commercial building use natural gas for heating and cooking. ● Natural gas is also available in our state such Texas, Louisiana, and more. Natural Gas Pollution ● Natural gas pollutes the earth very bad. It pollutes the air its harming the air quality of our communities during the development and processing of natural gas.

My Opinion on Natural Gas ● The fact that leak of natural gas can cause explosion and fossil fuel is dangerous too. In my opinion natural gas would be worth using instead of fossil fuels for the United State and other country.
