Where is my home? Fidlovačka or no anger and no fight is a theatre play by J. K. Tyl. It was the first presented 21 th December 1834 in the Stavovský Theatre. The theater play includes song “Where is my home“ which later became the Czech national anthem. In theater play is a blind violinist Mares who is sings this song. This song was composed by František Skroup.

Josef Kajetán Tyl He is author of Czech national songs “Where is my home. “ He was Czech writter and literary adviser. He studied grammar school and then he studied faculty of arts but he did not finish faculty. He went to Hilmerova nomadic society and started to worked like a literary adviser. In 1833 founded together with K. S. Amerlingem, F. Dittrichem and another people Kajetánský theater. The 21 th December was presented song “Where is my home“ in the Stavoský theater.

I think that everybody should be proud national anthem because it's something that unite people together. I always like to hear Czech national anthem. It has got wonderful melody and text that accurately describes the Czech Republic. I heard the national anthem three times in my life and I think it's quite nice. I often watch hockey on TV and I'm always proud when I hear the national anthem. I think that no other country has such a beautiful national anthem.
