How the NIF is constructed-1 Ø The M&E Framework is composed of two main elements: 1) An Indicator Framework, complete with indicators, baseline, targets, and metadata. 2) A set of institutional arrangements or Monitoring & Evaluation System; detailing the roles and responsibilities of different government agencies in implementing the M&E strategy, the flows of information between these agencies and the reporting modalities to higher-level.

Current Status of National Indicator Framework § § § CSO has been implementing the

Current Status of National Indicator Framework § § § CSO has been implementing the NIF, supported by UNDP. 286 indicators have been proposed by the 13 Task Teams covered in the Report, in average 10. 2 indicators per MSDP strategy. The share of SDG indicators is 41% and National indicators is 59%. Readily measurable indicators is 74%. The indicators for strategic level is 72% and the project level is 28%.
