Who is NHCA? NHCA, also known as Hispanic Achievers, is a 29 year old not-for-profit SELF FUNDED community based organization whose mission is to educate the community and to provide opportunities for progress.

This license plate creates direct revenue from the State of Florida to NHCA to support other community not-for-profit organizations.
