Minnesota 1 st state completed. 1996 – 1 st Steering Committee Meeting. 1997 – USGS-Microsoft Terraserver Agreement. 2000 – BLM, FEMA & CB join NDOP. 2000 – 2 nd generation coverage started. 2001 – First-ever ortho contract awarded for Hawaii. 2002 – All private lands completed. 2003 – NAIP implemented. 2004 – Development of web-based NDOP-NDEP project tracking system.
