Aadhar Number Unique Identification of Farmer • Farmer details do not have Aadhar Number or any ID Proof in the system • May lead to duplicity of data Mobile Number For Sending their LOT Price and Winner Details • Repeated Mobile Number have been used which seems to be incorrect mobile numbers Bank Details For executing Online payment • Bank Details are fed only when Online payment need to be initiated else this details is blank for most of the Farmer • Even those which are fed into the system for Online Payment comes with Wrong Name/Account Number/IFSC Code Uttam Fasal, Uttam Enaam © SFAC / NFCL. Measures to Improve Farmer Registration • Registration camps may be organized for collection of correct data and entry into the system including Name, Address, Mobile Number, Aadhar Details and Bank account details • Aadhar Number will be made mandatory in Registration Form • In Quick Registration Process when Farmer arrives to Mandi then also Aadhar Number or any Govt ID (preferably with a Photo copy of same ) should be collected but should be asked to provide Aadhar Number before he/she completes the sale • Farmers to carry copy of Aadhar Card whenever coming to Mandi • A dedicated team should be set up inside the mandi for handling all the registration related process Uttam Fasal, Uttam Enaam © SFAC / NFCL.
