Physical Factor We will start by investigating the Physical Factor. The Physical factor is split into two areas: • Physical Fitness • Physical Skill related fitness The first area we will be looking at is Physical Fitness and gathering data on this from home.

Task 1 Data Collection This week you are going to complete the 12 minute

Task 1 Data Collection This week you are going to complete the 12 minute Cooper run: You need to run for 12 minutes without stopping so pace yourself. Use the app ‘Strava’ to track your distance. Equipment: phone with ‘Strava’ app downloaded. Timer on phone – 12 minutes. Procedure: Run for 12 minutes outside without stopping. Remember to pace yourself.

Remember the mark indicates you should be making 4 descriptive points on how you did one of the tests. Imagine you are describing how you set up the test to an alien: WHO, WHAT, WHERE and WHEN. The question is worth 4 marks so you must make 4 points that describe the test.

Therefore, as this question is worth 2 marks you should use 2 PEE chains in your answer. • Example: If I have good agility in basketball I will be able to change direction quickly. This was useful because I can stay with my opponent putting them under pressure. As a result, allowing me to gain possession (1 mark).
