As a Senior Unit Leader, you are developing the skills needed to duplicate yourself as a Unit Leader. This is a compliment to you and how you conduct yourself as a Unit Leader, resulting in others wanting your position. This is a wonderful time in your career as this next step proves that you have what it takes to go to the top with Party. Lite. Your commitment to the success of the Consultants on your team is appreciated, respected and admired by many. STEPS TO SUCCESS: Aim to personally hold a minimum of 6 – 8 Shows every month to maintain a strong personal business. It must remain your priority and your team needs to see you doing what it takes. Be consistent. Personally sponsor 1 - 2 Consultants EVERY month. Build a DESIRE for Leadership within your Central Unit by keeping programmes simple. Hold opportunity meetings at EVERY Unit Workshop and encourage your team to bring guests. In all areas of business, LEAD by EXAMPLE Attend and encourage your Unit to attend training workshops. Help future Leaders set up sponsoring appointments and do sponsoring interviews with them. Assist your future Leaders in sponsoring and coaching their New Consultants. Conduct New Consultant orientations. KEEP IT FUN….
