Concept of attitude: “Attitudes are likes and dislikes – favorable or unfavorable evaluations of and reactions to objects, people, situations, or any other aspects of the world including abstract ideas and social policies”. An attitude is a person’s point of view towards something.
Characteristics of attitude… �Attitudes are not innate �It is more or less enduring once they are formed �It stabilize a relationship between the person and object �The relation has motivational and affective properties �It encompass a small or large number of items
