My Profile Maths Science English Further Science Law Spanish Philosophy & Ethics My Profile My name is Arifa Begum, and I am currently doing: GCSE Law, GCSE Spanish, GCSE Further Science, GCSE Philosophy & Ethics, GCSE Maths, GCSE English and GCSE Science as my options. I am also doing ICT BETEC Next Generation. I enjoy Studying GCSE Philosophy And Ethics, because it covers a wide range of skills that will come beneficial to me in my day to day life. The purpose of this portfolio is to show colleges, and my future work placements what I am capable of. And my past achievements and grades in high school. I am currently working towards a Bronze Duke Of Edinburgh award. This award is helping me gain many skills, such as physical and communication skills. I also volunteer to help children who find difficulties in grammar and punctuation. This helps me adapt on my skills of leadership and teamwork. This is really helpful as this will come beneficial to me in future. My future ambitions is to work towards a career in medicine. I am doing work experience in law firms and I am taking part in after school science sessions to get me closer towards perusing this career.

I generally find maths as one of the most challenging subjects but I enjoy working on it as I love solving problems and challenging my self to something new everyday. I struggle with the subject its elf and I class it as one of my weaknesses, however i plan to make this weakness of mine in to my strength. I am working on a grade C and I hope to achieve higher than this. To help me attain this grade I attend after school maths and I tend to tackle topics in maths I struggle with the most. I also try and revise twenty to thirty minutes everyday on maths to help me achieve a good grade. Which design? I am going to choose my first design as it is the most colourful and eye catching. Also because it contains the most information. Also because it its easier at the navigation bar is better than the rest, it also looks more professional and sophisticated and fits the topic I am doing. It also shows a contently in colour and matches the background suites the topics. Therefore this would make the digital portfolio easier to use and it also contains a lot of content and everything is set out appropriately making it visible.
