Do the MFMP 2. 0 Training Plan and User Acceptance testing results support moving forward with the upgrade (target decision date 3/12/07)? 3. MFMP 2. 0 Upgrade “Go/No Go” Decision Point #2 Training q MFMP 2. 0 Training Ø Total of 1925 people trained for the upgrade (as of 3/27/07) - 877 core purchasing and finance specialists trained in 26 agencies - 40 sessions in 10 days of requester training @ 5 locations - 963 requesters trained – number expected to exceed 1, 000 - 59 System Administrators trained & 26 acceptance testers - 26 acceptance testers trained Ø Overall training satisfaction rating is Good+ Ø The total number of people trained directly by MFMP Project is nearly double the number trained for the initial implementation MFMP 2. 0 go/no go decision - Training= GO! 8

MFMP 2. 0 Upgrade “Go/No Go” Decision Point #3 – Migration Test Run Summary q Migration Test Runs (“Dress Rehearsals”) Ø Five test runs were completed - 3 mock conversions: all programs and verifications to convert the data run to capture initial timings and validate data - 2 full dress rehearsals: full-scale practice runs for the implementation - Results: Starting the migration processes at 6: 00 PM Thursday, 3/29 we expect to complete the entire cut-over by 8: 00 PM Sunday. Ø Data verification - Control count totals: verifies the same number of records into the conversion process come out of the process - Run reports before migration on current version and same reports after migration on MFMP 2. 0 then compare MFMP 2. 0 go/no go decision - Migration = GO! 12
