Getting Online… • Two attempts after 9: 30 pm ET proved futile. – After completing my basic demographic info, including my SSN, received error message, “Cannot confirm your identity, please call a tollfree number for assistance” – Clearly the link with the federal SSN (IRS) database was missing – Third time during business hours worked.
