WHERE I BEGAN � I began my education a Fox College. Where I earned my Associates Degree in Business Administration.
§ MY JOURNEY § § My journey started out as me working as a legal secretary for a worker’s compensation firm. I worked as a legal secretary for three years. After working in worker’s compensation for three years, I decided to change jobs I then began working as a legal secretary for a bankruptcy & foreclosure law firm for two years.
NATIONAL LOUIS UNIVERSITY � My next move was to go back to school to earn my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. After researching many different schools, I chose National Louis University, where I am currently a senior earning my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. � Once I have earned my Bachelors Degree, I plan to continue my education and go on to earn my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. � ADD A PIC OF NLU HERE.
WHERE I AM NOW � I started out working at Lakefront Children’s Academy working with 3 and 5 year old as a teacher’s assistant. I worked as a preschool teacher’s assistant for about 8 months. � Now, I am currently working at Catalyst Circle Rock Charter as a 7 th grade Instructional Aide. I’m going into my third year as a 7 th grade Instructional Aide and I must say I could’ve asked for a better workplace.
MY INSPIRATION § I was inspired by some of my family members already in the field of teaching as well as me wanting to make a different in children’s lives. § In the words of Mahatma Ghandi “Be the change you wish to see in the world. ”
PRINCIPAL JAUDON � I’m always thinking of a master plan to better myself. I’ve decided that once I have earned my Master’s Degree and have taught for at least 10 in a Charter or CPS school, maybe more, I wish to go back to school to take the necessary classes needed to get my type 75 to become a principal.
