Keeping My Amazing Body Clean Lesson 5 When to Wash Hands Steps to Proper Hand Washing Before Eating Keeping My Body Healthy So I Can Grow, Learn, and Play 1. Wet hands under warm water. Healthy Food Cooking Touching food 2. Use soap and scrub for 20 seconds (sing Happy Birthday twice). 3. Rinse under warm running water.
