XML files • MSFD 11 Mon – one file for all 13 Monitoring Programmes • MSFD 11 Mon. Sub – one file per sub-programme • 4 Geo. xml – update if necessary b. Text-based reports (pdf) c. Copy of Web sites which are providing information relating directly to a question in the Reporting Sheet d. GIS files (MS marine waters, assessment areas) – update if necessary 4. Notify Commission via your Perm. Rep. a. Cover letter + Report. Net receipts for all uploads (hard copy or pdf)
