PURPOSE Meet and greet your colleagues Share best practices during the planning and implementation of the Middle School Foundation Academies grant Identify a problem of practice that you are currently experiencing, and receive feedback from our cohort group members Present your implementation roadmap for Fall 2019

What are you hoping to take away from the session? Introduce yourself to your colleagues by stating: 1. Name, district, position 2. A vehicle that best describes you, and why? 3. CAROUSEL ACTIVITY 1. Count off from “ 1” to “ 5”. 2. Proceed to your station with a Post It pad. 3. On a Post It pad, write down a specific, successful task that you have taken to address the identified MSFA grant element. 4. Engage in collaborative discussion with your group. 5. Move to the next station. 6. Repeat Steps #3 - #5. 7. The facilitator will instruct you to move to the next station. 8. At the end of the rotation, you will be asked to share an “Ah-hah” moment with the larger group.
