Profile: Ayodele E Onabanjo • Ayodele is an academic, currently lecturing at The University of Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire Business School and Hertfordshire International College and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with 15 years’ experience and expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Business Relationship Management and Facilities Management. Skilled in Leadership and People Management, Business Planning and Development, Banking Operations and Regulatory Compliance (AML & KYC). • She is the Founding Director of AEO Educators LTD a capacity and skills building educational consultancy providing Secondary Schools and Further Education Colleges with educational planning (academic, management and study skills) to prepare students for the Higher Education academic experience at UK Universities for success in academia and beyond. • She holds a first degree in Law and is a UK Retail Banking & Financial Services Operations Expert. She was instrumental in the development of the RBS Face to Face with Finance Programme offering a variety of educational activities that help young people develop financial capability in Secondary Education and Further Education colleges through her passion for developing the next generation, project management and interpersonal skills. In addition to the Central London bank branches she managed all achieving the platinum customer services award. • She successfully championed a “community business module” for the Hot Office Business Centres across Hertfordshire and facilitated the successful training of all staff in readiness for the successful sale to Regus.
