Students will consider changes that we experience in our lives through the lenses of biology, earth and space sciences, chemistry and physics. They will make predictions and scientific observations throughout the unit. Students will show what they have learnt by identifying “science” in their classroom and record their understanding of each branch. This aligns with UN Goal 1: No Poverty, UN Goal 2: Zero Hunger, UN Goal 4: Quality Education Reminder: Before the bell goes at 8: 55 am, students need to be down under the COLA or on the basketball court. The area near OOSH and the infants playground is out of bounds. Creative and Performing Arts The CAPA syllabus incorporates drama, dance, visual arts and music. The students will be studying music with Mrs Forrester. Library will focus on fiction and nonfiction, space and an author study of Julia Donaldson.
