The purpose of this is to familiarize yourselves with the research process, with writing an in-depth paper, and with using MLA format. This year students will complete a project-based learning assignment in order to fulfill the requirements of the research paper. This project has been modified and adapted from a project conducted at Plymouth North High School in Plymouth, MA (2013). *
