MPR Introduction MPR is a Mission Mode Project under National e-Governance Plan of Government of India, Department of Agriculture & Co-operation, Ministry of Agriculture has decided to launch a Central Sector Scheme titled, Strengthening / Promoting Agricultural Informatics & Communications” of which one component is MPR This portal shall provide targets and Achievements information on monthly basis through the use of information and communication technologies, to supplement the existing delivery channels provided for by the department The portal provides the end users with the ability to access services through an online platform at their Its use full for department user for monitoring monthly basis progress of different levels of state ,

The scope of work encompasses the following • Web based Software containing data entry, updating • Development of Report generation module • Installation and testing of the developed MIS • User training on this Software

Proper evaluation of all activities : The MPR System provides documentation of activities and improved evaluation purposes, which reduces the error or fault in product. Burden Reduction : As MPR better defines the data needed for a specific product, the burden on inspector and laboratory that are required to collect and/or report data to MPR may be reduced.
