Attendance Process Flow Who will do ? ◦ Supervisor @ULB ◦ TSP Applicant visits the ULB / Work Location/TSP e-AUTH done through Supervisor Mobile App OR ULB office computer Where ◦ Mobile App Or Portal When ◦ During skill Training and ULB work • If e-AUTH mode fails in 3 attempts then • Geo-tagged local bio -metric mode OR • Mobile App captured geo-tagged Selfie mode
Stipend Payment Processing Process Flow Who will do ? Importing attendance from MMKSY/PMKVY portal ◦ Nodal Officer @ULB Where ◦ Through portal When ◦ 1 st Payment on 22 nd March 2019 ◦ 2 nd Payment at each payment cycle (month end) Mode ◦ Qualifying criteria- Minimum 33% attendance at ULB work AND 70% attendance at skill training ◦ On pro-rata basis for ULB work attendance against the total working days Failed Payments Nodal Officer approves the payment Attendance calculation for work at ULB Nodal Officer digitally signs the e. PO Payment file generated for ABP sent to bank Response file notification sent to candidate Payment Done and response file generated by bank
