Moses Lake School District Process for Hi. Pov$ ➢ Schools submit the High Poverty Form. ➢ Executive & Assistant Directors review the proposal - about once a week. ➢ Look up the research. ➢ Ask clarifying questions of principals or the person that submitted the request. Contact NCESD for help when needed. ➢ Contact staff members with clarifying questions. If needed, have participants resubmit proposal. If approved, contact with a phone call & email to staff members. ➢ Give budget codes for spending $$.
