Program Highlights – 2010/2011 �Handled over 3, 700 calls for service �Presented 137 programs to over 12, 000 MUSD students, parents, and employees �Prepared threat assessments, ops plans, and security details for many large/high-profile events �Investigation led to arrest of robbery suspect who continually victimized students �Established Police Explorer Post #640. Over 1, 575 hours volunteered by Post members
Highlights (cont. ) �Mental Health Partnership & coordinated approach to mental illness/suicide ideation �Implemented CAD/RMS program �Completed Emergency Operations Search & Rescue Trailer �Applied for 2 Community Oriented Policing grants, for an additional Police Officer and security camera upgrades
Highlights (cont. ) �Partnership with LA CO Probation Dept. �Handled 194 probation-related calls, compliance checks, home visits, drug tests, etc. �Assessed $14, 559. 79 in restitution from offenders �DPO managed a caseload of 24 probationers � 92% success rate with DPO’s caseload
